How much is shipping?

We price our shipping to cover the cost charged by USPS (or UPS if you select that option) without additional fees. Your shipping cost is based on the weight of the products in your order and the distance of your delivery address from Jacksonville, Florida. The shipping cost will be provided to you before you complete your order. We also offer free shipping for all orders over $45 although the following items are excluded and do not count toward the $45 threshold: spice racks, empty spice and extract bottles. Excluded items can still be added to orders over $45.00, but a shipping charge will be applied to those items.

What is your privacy policy?

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact information with anybody for any reason.

How are spices packed?

We offer glass jars and resealable bags.

  • Jars are sealed with foil to lock in flavor and lock out moisture. The easiest way to remove the foil seal is to puncture it with a butter knife and peel it off the jar. The cap is metal and stamped with our logo.
  • Bags are recycled Japanese kraft paper on the outside and high quality BPA-free laminate on the inside. We seal our bags before shipping to you. You can reseal with the zipper. Use scissors to make a clean cut above the zipper and below our seal.
Can I place an order of Four Sisters of Spice for pick up from a store?

Yes! Thanks for asking. We are working with several local outlets for you to pick up. You can place an order for free pickup at our __________. Place your order online and select “Store Pickup” in the shipping menu at checkout. You will receive an email when your order is prepared. We require 48 hours notice on all pickup orders. We hold pickup orders for 10 days. Any order not picked up after 10 days will be refunded.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Upon special request. We use USPS to ship to over 170 countries worldwide.

How when I know when my package is shipped?

As soon as USPS/UPS picks up your package and enters it into their system, they will send you an email with your tracking number. With this number, you can follow the progress of your package. If you don’t receive this email you can email info[at]allpurposeseasonings.com to request a tracking number.
